By accessing or using prüfi.at, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users, including students, teachers, and institutional administrators.

• You are solely responsible for all files you upload to the platform (PDFs, audio, documents, etc.)

• You must ensure you have the legal right to upload and use all content

• The platform is not responsible for copyright infringement of uploaded materials

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Our AI generates exam questions based on uploaded files and admin-created content

• All AI-generated exams are simulations for practice purposes only

• AI-generated exams are NOT official or certified examinations

• Admin-generated exam templates are the intellectual property of prüfi.at

• User-uploaded content remains the copyright of the original owner/source

To use our platform's full functionality, you must grant the following permissions:

• File Upload Access: Required to upload study materials for AI exam generation

• Microphone Access: Required for speaking/listening exam components and audio-based assessments

• Temporary Device Storage: Used to cache exam data for offline functionality and smoother experience

All permissions are used solely for exam creation and evaluation purposes.

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if no exams have been generated

• Failed payments will result in a 7-day grace period before service suspension

• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email

• prüfi.at is NOT affiliated with ÖIF, ÖSD, Goethe-Institut, or any official exam authority

• Our platform provides practice exams only, not official certifications

• Use of this platform is at your own risk

• We do not guarantee exam accuracy or success in official examinations

• Results from our AI exams should not be considered as official qualifications

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, upload illegal content, or misuse the platform.
